This digital stop-motion animation is a meditation on light, the demise VHS tape, and how it now mingles in the earth and our memories. Unlike glorious physical film (from Super 8 Kodachrome to 16mm) VHS is a lost format no one is crying over. This is a companion piece to Reeves’ Landfill 16 (2011).
